Is there a cancellation policy for booked tours?

Yes, we have a cancellation policy to ensure a smooth experience for all our customers. If you wish to cancel your booked tour, here are the guidelines: Cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour: Full refund of the tour cost. Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled tour: 50% refund of the tour cost. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour: Unfortunately, no refund can be provided. We understand that plans may change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible.
